We are delighted to be accompanying Mike Grieff as he performs for us the Handel Oboe concerto in Bb. Mike has a wealth of experience as a performer both in England and abroad and since joining the orchestra has wowed fellow musicians and audiences with his superb virtuoso playing. He is truly an artist and his natural musicality will leave you spellbound
As a student, Mike received oboe lessons in England as well as at the Conservatoire d’Aix-en-Provence, in the South of France and then became principal oboist of the Durham Symphony and Chamber Orchestras. He has also performed with the Surrey Mozart Players. How fortunate we are to have Mike as a regular member of our local Orchestra. You can hear him perform at the Bude Parkhouse Centre on Saturday March 2nd at 7.30pm
